The basis of the entire system are perforated square tubes with a dimension of 40 x 40 mm and a material thickness of 3 mm. Regular perforation is not only an aesthetic element, but also an effective way to save time during assembly. Each square tube comes with a precise arrangement of holes, which simplifies and speeds up the assembly process without the employee having to deal with additional material modification. The system uses M10 threaded bolts for the accessories and M8 for the wheels. In addition, the entire system can be assembled with just 2 wrenches without the need for welding.
